September Update

The Memorial Appeal now stands at £2,649.26.

If you have already contributed then please don’t be shy in tweaking your oppos. If you haven’t yet contributed……….why not?

The main silver Devon granite pillar is being worked on at the Mason’s yard – see website. The slice removed and polished ready for the Type 21 ship line engraving and the black granite top/cap stone polished and ready for engraving are now both boxed up in my garage awaiting the journey to France 21 Sep for engraving at CWGC workshop at Arras.

CWGC drawing office staff are now making final tweaks to the drawings and I expect the final issue shortly.

The National Memorial Arboretum trustees have approved our plans and the required fee of £1,000.00 has been paid.
